- An Energy Advisor will conduct the on-site energy assessment and if applicable, provide a proposal for recommended energy efficiency improvements, estimated energy savings and incentives available.
- CMC Energy Services work with you to identify all the ways that your building can become more energy efficient, while maximizing the incentives available to you.

Eligibility
The Direct Install program is available to natural gas customers with an average peak electrical demand of 200 kW or less over the last 12 months. The program is divided into two tiers of eligibility. Tier 1 customers may receive incentives up to 80% of the total project cost and Tier 2 customers may receive up to 70% of the total project cost.
Tier 1 customers include:
- Non-residential customers with an average peak electrical demand up to 100 kW.
- Non-residential customers with an average peak electrical demand up to 200 kW within designated Opportunity Zones or Urban Enterprise Zones (UEZ) and owned or operated by a local government, K-12 public school.
Tier 2 customers include:
- Non-residential customers with an average peak electrical demand of 101-200 kW.
