Holiday Hours: In-person, telephone, and email Customer Service will be closed Friday, July 3rd for the holiday. For your convenience, the automated phone system and My Account will be available. On Thursday July 2nd the Folsom Customer Service Center will be closed. On Monday July 6th the Folsom Customer Service Center will be open from 9am – 3pm and closed for lunch from 12:45-1:30 for lunch. Happy 4th!
