After reviewing your account and other criteria, we'll do our best to work out a mutually agreeable payment schedule.

If your service is shut off for nonpayment, call our offices immediately at 888-766-9900 

Our Customer Contact Center hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

If you have trouble paying your billing statement regularly, you may qualify for one of several Financial Assistance Programs.

Senior Citizen Notification

Are you a Senior Citizen? South Jersey Gas can call you before shutting off your service for a past due billing statement.

Do you forget to pay sometimes or have trouble understanding when to pay your billing statement? South Jersey Gas can arrange to send a copy of any customer's billing statement to a third party when the billing statement includes a shutoff notice.
